About Monica

With a background in TV Production & Business and a thriving career in Advertising, Monica has always embraced creativity in its many forms. But in 2020, amidst the uncertainty of a global pandemic, she found herself reconnecting with a long-lost love - music. After more than 25 years away from the piano and only a brief stint of lessons at age 8, she sat down at the keys one random day seeking solace in sound. What began as a simple moment of curiosity soon became a deeply transformative journey.

Trading her daily commute for the soothing sounds of the keys, Monica spent the lockdown immersing herself in the piano daily. Each note became a bridge from darkness to light, a form of healing through the works of classical greats like Beethoven, Mozart, Debussy and Chopin. Through every chord and melody, she rediscovered not only music but also herself.

Beyond her work in production and advertising, Monica has also built a name for herself in the world of Makeup Artistry. Her Award-Winning business, MoJoGlow Makeup Artistry, is a testament to her passion for transformation - both inside and out. Just as makeup artistry is a creative sanctuary, so too is music - an intimate space where she connects with the therapeutic power of sound.

Her philosophy on finding one’s “MoJo” is more than just a nod to her nickname; it’s about reigniting the inner spark that fuels passion and purpose. in rekindling her own creative fire, she’s found a way to inspire others to do the same.
